Spa Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To provide the best service for all our clients and respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: 

24-Hour Notice Required 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. 
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked. 

🚫 No-Shows 

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. 

💳 Securing Appointments 

  • A valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
